Long night of negotiations/hard work between NHL/NHLPA appears to have resulted in agreement on most issues on Phase 3/4 RTP, CBA extension, transition rules. Still a couple of items to finalize today. NOTHING, of course, is actually done until both sides ratify a tentative deal.

The Bruins are one of the best drafting teams in the entire NHL, ya they messed up in 2015 but that doesn’t take away from the great drafting they’ve done for years from poor draft positions.

the 10% deferral is still going to be paid although at a later date so the escrow should revenue go down (which it most likely will) will be the only salary lost.

you seem to imply (today and in the past) that louie will dissuaded from playing due to most of his money already being paid. i disagree.

not to stereotype swedes but that isn't really what the swedes (at least those that have played in vancouver) do. he'll play if he genuinely thinks he can still contribute and if the team wants him. and i don't think the team (benning or green) wants to dump him quite yet. you may disagree with that assessment though.
