Reinhart = solution 😀😀😀😀😀

Reinhart = part of the problem 👍👍👍

So the Sabres are gonna give max contract to eichels bicycle mate? 2 years past eichels contract expires and 4 years left when eichel is traded.......

100% agree

If Reinhart is in a trade to bring back a quality center, like Sean Monahan, then I 100% disagree.

they could give away Vasilevskiy for Ullmark or Hutton and still have to shed 4 or 5 mil
- homiedclown

Eww no. I would pass on Vasil. That contract sucks. His stats are also inflated for being a goalie on a great roster in front of him

bolts have to sign

Mitchell Stephens, probably 1 mil
Anthony Cirelli, probably 5 mil
Carter Verhaeghe, probably 1.5 mil
Mikhail Sergachev, probably 5 mil
Erik Cernak, probably 3.5 mil

that's 16 mil

already at 76 mil for the cap

so they need to shed about 12 mil in salary, at replacing the guys with entry level contracts

NMC/NTC

stamkos, palat, gourde, johnson, kilron, hedman, mcdonagh, coburn

their problem is the only guys lacking clauses is kuch, point and vasilevskiy

those are the only other guys making any real money

Vasilevskiy and Johnson for Tage, Hutton/Ullmark and a 2nd?

The horrible contract above aside, I doubt Tampa has much trouble at all getting players to waive their no trade/no move clauses. They'll work with those players to get them to a desired destination, even if it means taking very little at all in return.

Lol they're just trying to get fans back

Remember they announced the blue and gold last summer so the general public wouldn’t slam the 50th anniversary Jersey

So it was definitely planned awhile ago

There is not an NHL ready player for us to pick at 8. Maybe a year away but most likely 2,3 years away. That’s fine if we have a plan to get what is needed without trading our pick. So basically, if Adams is willing to offer Tage, Mitts, Sam, Risto, Asplund, Risto, Montour and some 2nd-4th picks we can probably keep 8 and develop him
- lulags

Thats not true it depends who drops

Who said anything about a max contract? Th he can sign him to one more one year contract and he’s still a RFA next year

I have been asking for Cirelli for 2 years make it happen

I would trade the 8th in a second for him

Tempting of course. Then if Cozens develops into the 2c we hope he does it’s a good problem to have

Good post

1 year 5.35 for sam. Keeps the rfa status.

Gets the Sabres another look at seeing Sam's fit away from eichel.

Doubt sam goes short term, being that he sat out during last contract negotiations

Jack would be super easy to hate as a Bruin

Probably the least liked super star on either buffalo sports teams. In history.

What? Really? With everything Jim Kelly has in his past, among others?

Just give Sam his 6.5-7 mil and let him be Eichel’s RW for the next 4/5/6 years

Don’t create a hole where there isn’t one

How about no lol .. botts is gone so thank God he won't get jerry ...

And Tyler has NTC he won't wave to come here

- gerbe75pts

You might be right on Tyler, but playing a larger role for the Sabres might be perfect for jumpstarting his career. Depends on what he wants to do, he's not going to be a top 6 center in TB.

God only knows what your hating on in Tristan Jerry. Hes played himself I to a starters role and might even be the goalie that Pitt protects in the expansion draft... Hell, trade for Murray if that's the case.

I'm sure Jack's first choice is Boston, but even if Adams's hands are tied... There's gotta be no way he trades Jack in the division right?!!

I mean unless it's Jack for Patrice Bergeron and Krugg, you gotta send him out West! Eichel and Miller to SJ for Hertl and Burns.
