The longer it takes for the NHL to start the adapted playoffs - the less sense it makes. If playoffs can only start mid August, better to start the new season early in mid September.

No it doesn't cause there is no fans allowed at that time, which is why they're happy to wait till January
Before going back to hockey - I really have to share this..
Related to the CNN vs FOX discussions - how crazy are some people in the US by actually pulling in Putin and Russia in this Minneapolis mess??
You could not make this up since it just seems too a absurd to be true that there are actually people wanting to push this narrative..
I feel like they could just be tested and quarantined until the results come back.

Problem with tests is that it doesn't prevent you from getting infected. Today a test can be negative and tomorrow you can be infected.
(Somehow it seems that people believe that once they've tested negative - they're immune against infection??)

Huh? Not sure why anyone would believe their immune if they tested negative.
If they test negative they should be able to join their other negative tested teammates in practice.
