So, it seems like that says it will be 28 skaters plus as many goalies as you want to carry. That would leave three more spots after Tippett, Borgstrom and Keeper. I don't follow AHL team enough to really form an opinion of who else might be added. I expect Dryden Hunt will likely be one of them. I imagine at least one, if not both, of the final two spots would be a dman.

I said earlier that pre-season conditioning/timing and playoff intensity will be a dangerous combination. I like the idea of some exhibition games, but it adds even more to the schedule.

Gotta believe Hunt is in the mix, too. Love that solid North-South game.

I'd think defensemen are a must for those remaining spots.

Not only that, but I was thinking about how this impacts next season.

Going to be a lot of catching up to do in the next little bit before the new format frenzy, and then having a full-season after that (even if delayed a couple months) will be wild.

This is going to be very interesting to see how it all shakes out.
