In zoom call, CAR player rep Jordan Martinook confirms his team (along with TB) voted against playoff structure. "For where we were and where our team thought we could get to, it hurts our odds." But, "It's not like we don't want to play." Now it's in the past and they move on.

(watch Hintz in playoffs and Nylander in playoffs - you might start to understand why I feel Hintz would be of more value to this Leafs team than Willie the floater)

I only have one radler in the fridge because I drank 8 tallboys ripping all the weeds and grass out of the garden box yesterday, and planting.

Miss my sodastream, it's a great alternative to getting crushed in the mid-day heat.

Same. Klingberg would be nice to have. Savard though, offers something that only Muzzin does though. Both are decent trades.

Dude. I'm sure most on here is completely down with making the Leafs a better team.

But trading Nylander (+ ) for Roope does the literal exact opposite of that.

I don't, at all, want the Leafs to trade Nylander (because he is a very good player), but I absolutely would if it was an actual good trade for the Leafs.

Pointing out the points is just a glaring example of the immense stupidity of the trade proposal.

Like I've said, I'd very much like the Leafs to get Hintz. I like his game. But make it a reasonable trade at least.

In my opinion, Hintz's value, or equal would be Kapanen or Johnsson. I like hintz's game as well, but he's not even close to being as good as Nylander
