It's gonna look really bad on the league if they have to shut it down again after 10 days if a dozen players or more test positive

I don't think the players will be subjected to quarantine. I'd guess they will have the fast result testing in place and perhaps the antibody testing as well. That said it's still a massive concern.

I'm also curious as to what happens when/if individual players refuse to report to their teams. Will rosters get expanded and players brought in from the AHL?

It's already been stated how any player who tests positive will be removed from action and treated like an injured player until they test negative
