To good signings... Guhle is going to jump off this year..

Where does this put us on the 50 limit roster ??

Well, we pretty much know what the Ducks defensive rotation will be next year. With Fowler, Lindholm, Manson, Gudbranson, Hakanpaa, and now Guhle signed to one way deals that will leave room for a seventh defenseman, more than likely Larsson. Del Zotto I guess is out which is surprising because I thought he played pretty decent last year under Eakins. Certainly better than he played under Carlyle. I guess there could still be some movement at the draft but I can't see Manson being moved anymore unless Murray thinks Axel Andersson is ready for the NHL but that would be a lot of kids on the blueline. Not a good scenario.

Only 38 signed for next season so far (but not including RFAs like Milano/Larsson or NHL UFA's they'll either need to re-sign or replace).

I don't know that I'd say Hakanpaa is for sure going to start the year in the NHL based on his contract being one-way. I also don't see Andersson jumping from junior right to the NHL.

I also don't think Hakanpaa will make it out of the gate. I may not be correct but I see GM BM taking a stab at an affordable 3rd line veteran defenseman. Is Del Zotto good enough to see third pairing minutes sure but I think Bob would like veterans to show the younger defense the ropes in the event Del Zotto is injured or just no longer a fit.

I like Axel Andersson but again he is not ready for the jump by any means. I would also much rather see a more reliable defensive defenseman as we already have the offensive goers.
