Totally.

Connor turns 26 in a few days so I think he pretty much is what he is. I like the guy and wanted to see him do well, but his season was totally disappointing.

Mueller is almost a full year younger and seems like a (slightly) better option.

Still, I look at all the defenders as having a fresh start should we get a new head coach and defensive system.

Hoping this happens sooner rather than later. The future of this franchise is in the balance. They need a plan forward and time to execute it. This time in limbo is not helping.....

Me too. It's crazy times but the season likely over. Everyone has seen enough to Nas to make a decision; which I think it to pick a new head coach. I didn't like Nas under Hynes but he really earned my respect because he did a very good job. But I think we need a new direction and a very different defensive approach.

Just as an aside, the 3rd round pick we got with Carrick in the Lovejoy trade ended up being Graeme Clarke who is a pretty nice prospect. So who knows how it'll work out but I still like that trade a lot.
