The one that worries me is William Karlsson trending like Cheechoo 2.0 as far as goals go:
43 > 24 > 15 (in 63 games, so 20~ish over full season)
is eerily like the 56 > 37 > 23 > 12 trend that happened with JC around the same age
Wild Bill definitely ran on a heater in his first season in Vegas. I wonder how much was puck luck, and how much boils down to him being scouted / defended against better now. He still has a good 2-way game though, one thing Cheechoo never had. Once his scoring dried up he had no other skills to keep him in the league.
