Parise to Islanders done
bless you - HockeyBuzz
If Parise retires, is it the Wild that eat his cap recapture penalty (like Weber)? |

Russo saying Parise is willing to waive NTC, but nothing for sure yet.... Parise at practice as we speak... |

Yes. Massively |
|

That is correct about waiving his no movement clause. Seravalli from TSN is saying he has told Guerin, he would waive it for the right situation. He also reported that Ladd would be heading back to the Wild. Ladd and other players. Sorry |

TSN labels this potential deal as a "blockbuster". I don't mean to be rude, but is Parise even considered a top tier talent any more that it would warrant calling it a blockbuster trade?
I don't know. I think I have a different idea of what should be considered a "blockbuster". |

No. TSN are just their usual desperate selves creating fake drama. |

It would be a blockbuster for the Wild. They need to get rid of the aging lineup and inject some youth. |

This deal is prob dead now due to it being leaked. If it means getting rid of ladd sure as long as Minny eats 6m+ |

I think it would only be considered "blockbuster" due to the size of his contract... but as far as Parise's talent level? He's still top tier, only worries would be his proneness to injury. He's still a 60+ points a season player |
