That is correct about waiving his no movement clause. Seravalli from TSN is saying he has told Guerin, he would waive it for the right situation. He also reported that Ladd would be heading back to the Wild. Ladd and other players. Sorry

TSN labels this potential deal as a "blockbuster". I don't mean to be rude, but is Parise even considered a top tier talent any more that it would warrant calling it a blockbuster trade?

I don't know. I think I have a different idea of what should be considered a "blockbuster".

It would be a blockbuster for the Wild. They need to get rid of the aging lineup and inject some youth.

I think it would only be considered "blockbuster" due to the size of his contract... but as far as Parise's talent level? He's still top tier, only worries would be his proneness to injury. He's still a 60+ points a season player
