I'd trade Dermott because he is a valuable 2nd piece in a package to upgrade the D.

Dermott is 23 and his shininess will wear off if he keeps playing sheltered mins and as long as Rielly,Muzzin and Sandin are on this team he will be. He is an expendable piece to the Leafs and has value.
