There was an article in The Athletic a few weeks back that put the Habs in the top 3 most "mediocre" franchise of the last decade.

In the sense that they had a few lows and few highs but never went totally one way or the other.

Well Honka already played some time in the NHL with decent results while Brook was used as a forward in the AHL this year because there were 6 better players than him at his position.
