#Blackhawks blasting AC/DC’s “It's a Long Way to the Top” after a big win in Arizona. Playoff vibes are real. - pdx2ord
Never was much of a fan of that song. Not sure why.
Sin City such an underrated song. My fav AC/DC song, incredible guitar solo. |

It’s definitely an unpopular opinion I admit. |

Just going by bullpoop articles that were posted on some of the various websites that is all! On another note can someone refresh my memory on why we lost Anttii Raantta, was it in an order to keep Scott Darling? - wonthecup10
Raantta was PO'd they chose Darling over him and said in an interview he had hoped the team lost and there was no way he was ever stepping in the locker room again besides that they had to choose between he and Darling anyway. This was after as I recall Darling bailed out Crow in the Preds playoff series. |

Wow,That’s right now that stuff is all coming back to me. Appreciate the updates I just got on Darling a couple of posts before ,hopefully he gets another shot somewhere.
These guys run the table again on the next half dozen or so games I think they will be definite buyers come February 24. |

Edmonton, Calgary turning into NHL 1975 - LAHawk
Bettman is going to come down real hard on all those dinosaurs in Calgary and Edmonton. He wants pretty, free flowing no check hockey with lots of goals, smiles and fist pumps. He knows the fighting, swearing and hostility doesn't sell any tickets to games and all the Moms and Dads turn the TV off immediately so all the little Johnnys and Jennifers don't ever see that kind of stuff. |

Yep. I sure would hate a Crow/Lankinen or Crow/Delia tandem next year. Or Crow playing 55 games and shuttling Lankinen and Delia in the minors to keep them sharp.

Not sure what Stan is going to do, but we can’t spend $7M or > on a goalie, we will find out in the next three weeks, maybe. |

Yep. Corey stopped him on one of the shootout attempts, thankfully. |

Like most, I'd love if they could get Lehner on a reasonable deal, $7M x 5? Can't blame him for wanting to get paid and someone will likely pay him in FA.
I could live with Crow for another year. |

He had a nice play where he smacked Saad's stick who was carrying the puck and it went for a shot on goal that Crow had to be sharp on.
Other than that didn't notice him much. If he would have done much of anything, the excitable Tyson Nash would have been slobbering all over it. Only had the Yotes feed last night.
Games like last night make me appreciate Foley no matter how much I get annoyed when he and Edzo start trying out their open mic night material. |

Right on the money Rick!I watch that game last night, very entertaining, there’s only one minor problem that I have when it comes to all the Ruff stuff,The two goalies, what the hell is all of that about even though Those guys are 200 feet apart from each other and never come in contact with each other. you have Emery, Hextall , Roy and a couple of others that can actually fight , But most of them it looks like polar bears wrestling and female dog slapping Kind of like a basketball fight.
Nevertheless an entertaining game. I’m sure there was a few households it probably said oh now now change the channel they’ll be none of that violence on this TV. |

Schmaltz was invisible, in a style of game that you would think he would flourish. Garland has been playing like that since he came up last year.
Arizona’s announcers almost make Boston’s tolerable, |

Was thinking the same thing as I was watching. Noticed him a couple of times early and then nothing. Thought he got hurt but then he shows up for the shootout. So is Schmaltz hurting or something because I noticed this morning that his ice time was among the lowest among the forwards too?
Never liked that trade but feel less so today. |

The top 6 is going to be really good if they are left together. Kubalik Toews Caggiula, Saad Dach Kane. If Strome continues to play wing, I think the hawks go out and get a third-line center to play between Cat and Strome because Kampf is not the guy.

That was the other group that came to mind last night in terms of intolerable Homers.
Hawks play the Bruins later this week and am hoping I get both feeds, and a Hawk win of course. |

Agree with the last statement.
He is starting to help drive possession more and he has scored up here, he just isn't a PPG player like you'd expect from a 3rd overall...but having just turned 19, I'm happy with his debut and think he's headed in the right direction toward realizing his potential. - HawkintheD
Hmm;
2019
Jack Hughes - GP 43, G 6, A 11, Pts 17, +/- -15
Kappo Kakko - GP 46, G 7, A 9, Pts. 16, +/- -18
Kirby Dach - GP 46, G 7, A 8, Pts. 15, +/- -1
2018
Rasmus Dahlin - GP 44, G 3, A 27, Pts 30, +/- -2
Andrei Svechnikov - GP 51, G 19, A 26, Pts 45, +/- +12
Jesper Kotkaniemi - GP 36, G 6, A 2, Pts 8, +/- -11
Think the Hawks might have made a pretty good pick. Big will grow into his body. Shows he belongs and I like the fact that he is works hard out on the ice, and has improved the more he plays. |

I was just impressed that after a long lay off, they weren't down 3-0 after the 1st period. Big game vs Wild coming up.
Big fan, it's a long way to the top if you want to rock n roll, sounds like they are having fun |
