Had an adventurous day of cooking thus far. Made a root veg stew and have a duck in the oven with some lemon shoved up its ass for guests tonight. - AdamFrench
Nice! Did you start with a high heat on the duck to render the fat and crisp the skin?

Yep, scoring it with the x marks on the fat to have it bleed off in the grilling pan and re-use it as more juice. Duck (from hunting) is something I'm actually good at cooking. This one was frozen though, so it won't be as good. Fighting the 17 Asian people in front of that section was fun though.

Tatar - BashCH
Although that's fine and dandy for the right return, replacing his offense will be hard, unless there's a specific plan in mind... And no, hoping Cole Caulfield can step in and make an immediate impact isn't said plan. If it is, it's a stupid (frank)ing plan.

Tatar is not going anywhere Darky.
Bergeron still thinks they’re gonna make the playoffs..

I'd rather miss the playoffs by a female genitaliahair, keep Tatar and re-sign him at a (hopeful) discount than lose him, not replace his offense, and have another year of mediocrity. As I see it right now, unless we're guaranteed to get that #1 pick, we're (frank)ed if we throw in the towel and draft a few spots higher and get a prospect that may or may not work, and go into next season hoping we can replace the offense; or we're (frank)ed, draft a few spots lower, hope to sign some additional free agents to get better, and roll the dice with the devil we know.
Either way sucks tbh. Our drafting has been poor, and we can't count on MB to vastly improve via trade. It's frustrating as (frank), but it is what it is.

that depends on what MB will do this summer.
if he does nothing, like last summer, yes they will miss the playoffs again in 2021.
if he makes a few significant moves, trades or signings, they might have a chance like all other teams.
trading Tatar and Petry now pretty much says we will suck even worst next year.
