He did this with the Canes last year too. Coming back only to get injured again a game or two after departing. I don't know that he ever truly got healthy.

It's simple. It's not new a concussion and it's not the old one. He's got concussion symptoms. Thats why there is no need for concussion protocols. It's an obvious upper body injury.
