Paul, The title to your column says it all, and not for the better!

When did America become such big whining babies?!?! If someone legitimately crosses the line, deal with it. ....and not 10 years later! My brother is 6-3, and a tough as nails guy, but even he knows, if he crosses the line, at 5-9 and 204, i’ll Knock him the **** our. My dad taught me to deal with my own crap, and I’m glad he did. Most of today’s young people are devoid of any toughness, or resourcefulness, and that’s sad. Can you imagine when we grew up, there’s be safe spaces, and me too movements? Too many lawyers convince everyone that they are victims of something. Sad state of the union in that regard.

Excellent article, watching hockey as a fan for 70 years, many things changed as we went along, sometimes I have an issue with directives as they unfolded, after much thought I fully agree with the assessment. that was given or handed down.

And the N.H.L. is lite years behind the way the game should be played.
The Olympics, with NON "NORTH AMERICAN" refs, is REAL hockey.
NO fighting,intimidation, and very few " CHEAP-SHOT " artists.
Just a nickel's worth of opinion, we don't have pennies up here anymore.
