I ‘member when the clouds were whiter. Good old days just shaking sticks at things that bothered us, and pushing hoops down the ol’ road. |

The clouds are just as white as they ever were, global warming isn't real libtard
Also, only cucks push hoops down a road with a stick, real men play ball and cup. |

Them fighting words! I would get out of my porch chair and hunt you down, but I’m keeping an eye out for those damn neighbourhood kids...always stepping on lawns and blasting that rock music. |

do the Leafs keep goat in the press box and expose him to the expansion draft?
would he pass through waiver if loaned to the Marleys

Nothing to do with waivers.
Gauthier’s NHL salary this year is 700k, his minors salary is 100k. If he had a one-way contract, his salary would be the same (700k) regardless of which roster he’s on. |

Odd salary cap twist. One way deals get hit with 14% escrow.
Players on one-way deals get a raise with no escrow in the ahl. |

Petan most recently cleared waivers and needs to play every night to either get his game back or entice a trading partner. I expect him to be sent down, either that or maybe 1 or 2 bodies get dealt before the Christmas trade freeze. |

If it's a pretty blatant dive, I'd really like the penalty called because of it to be reviewed.
'Cause that was an obvious dive by the Columbus player there. |

Incredibly bad plays by Carlson followed by a garbage goal on Holtby = my fantasy save % taking a hit. |

Faceoffs - Steven_Seagull
Spezza and Kerfoot are pretty good in the dot too, and both offer more. |

gauthier has 78% of defensive zone starts, with around 10mins of ice-time per game.
with such usage, it's really really tough to show some added value on the offensive side of the game.
he's a good player - last year and this year, whenever he was on the ice and in the offensive zone, his line was doing a good job of keeping puck posession, pressuring the opponent, and actually generating some chances.
any player's output will heavily depend on his usage (time, linemates, opponents etc.) - gauthier is no exception.
leafs should keep him, he's a reliable player that can do more on the offensive side - just isn't given the opportunity.
ideally leafs keep guys like gauthier, timashov, moore etc. - guys that will be on decent contracts and can still play on 2nd/3rd/4th lines, and then keep the stars (marner, matthews, tavares) - others at some point of time should be dealt for some other help (d, goaltender). |

Yes.
Spezza's offer is more penalties and goals against. |
