How 'bout that? A refreshing come from ahead, stay ahead, win. A nice change of pace.

Bob looked strong. Defense looked pretty good. Brown's fight wasn't spectacular, but standing up was great and helped keep Big Mo with the Cats.

The PP is getting worrisome. 3 totally anemic, poor efforts. I was wondering why professional hockey players couldn't get the puck in the zone and acted like there was no urgency at all? Then the final PP scores in a few seconds on a Yandle shot that made it through the crowd.

Torts had a Blue Jacket trailing Yandle on the Panther PPs so he couldn't do that stupid, lazy, blind backpass and it seemed to really confuse Yandle.

A good win, but this team has a ways to go to utilize their full talent and potential. It will be scary when they can put it all together consistently.

Early game tonight. Both teams will be a little tired, but the Cats didn't have to travel this time.

You said it right, Jimbo. That’s been the theme of the season - they seem to show flashes of the full potential.

I forgot all about the Hoffman/Karlsson stuff until the first shift of the game. Hadn’t realized this was the first time they’ve played each other since everything (according to Goldy).

Idk how new it really is, but, there's a local brewery, Funky Buddha, so there's better beer selection, now. Some new places to eat on main concourse beyond the normal concession stand fare. You'll have to find the section where each is located, they advertise them on all the monitors around the concourse. (I don't get to go as often ad I'd like, so there may be new things there that I'm totally unaware of.) Other than those things, just a better team on the ice, and the potential to actually achieve something is what's new. Oh, the Q glare is something to see in person.
