Penguins beat us 7-1 and we only won 6-1 so we still suck |

The leafs new coach emphasizes puck possession a lot. Winning the draws and denying them the puck is huge. - Hextall271
it's amazing how much they suck with their roster |

Like we've been saying for the past few days... it's a process of learning how to shut the door. We'll see more and more of these types of efforts as the team continues to come together. Does feel good to win convincingly. - Tomahawk
Far more important than the final score was how the Flyers played in the 3rd period. They remained aggressive. Remained strong on the puck. Moved the puck quickly and efficiently to avoid the forecheck. Rather than playing more conservatively and letting the Leafs take it to them hoping to escape with a win. Even if that game had ended 2-1 for the Flyers, that still would've been the case. They got the chances because of how they played. They just happened to finish at a high rate.

Yep. Flyers were on their heels a bit in the first period. Hart kept them in it. With the exception of a few games Hart and Elliott have kept them in games when they were struggling until they could settle in and find their game. It's a big enough sample size to say there is no reason why they can't make the playoffs and contend. Other than Boston and Washington, I don't see why they can't be as good as anyone else in the East. |

Raffl out a month with a broken finger. Go 11 forwards and rotate 7 dmen.
We've seen about 4 or 5 different players who were injury fill ins, and none are worth a rusty nickle. |

If they can keep mostly consistent the rest of the year with this type of play l, I think they can get a top 3 seed and yes, let's see what they can do after that.
On a side note haha the Devils. Another loss.

He's never been very good at the dot, without looking at the numbers I'd say he's been worse this year than he's ever been. He's playing much better the last 5-6 games. He chipping in some points, good on pk, and responsible defensively. |
