Leafs miss the playoffs.
As per usual Leaf fans will likely be all over me despite the fact that a bold pick is a pick you think is unlikely to happen but possible.
With Tampa Boston, Toronto and Florida expected to be the big teams in the Atlantic it is possible the Leafs could miss the playoffs if Florida ends up living up to the hype. You also have to wonder about the goaltending situation. If Freddy goes down for an extended amount of time. I dont think Hutch is enough. The Metro itself is going to be crazy. The teams are good enough that they could take both wildcard spots again.
Again. It probably wont happen and the Leafs will make the playoffs but Im going to be bold and say they wont. |
