If the Leafs are looking to trade Marner, they aren't going to get full value.

Every other team is going to tell Dubas that Marner's salary demands are outrageously stupid, so they aren't going to pay full price to adopt Toronto's problem.

We need Shanny to give the interview where he states that Marner needs to quit listening to bad advice from his father, put on his big-boy pants and start making decisions in his own best interests.

I’m just tired of this bs. I wonder if it’ll put a wedge between AM and MM with his insistence that he deserves the same dollar.

Marner would need to get 100+ points for 3 straight years for me to accept him getting $11M per season.

I wouldn't swap Dahlin for any player in the league except McDavid.

If Dahlin was traded I think Buffalo would just become a series of riots and arsons. He's all that keeps us going sometimes.

Has the intel from the insiders told us that he wants $xx on a 7/8 yr deal? Or simply that he doesn't want a 7/8 yr deal?

I think the only thing we've heard in terms of his demands is 3 x 10 and 5 x 11.6. And we're told that he's demanding the 4.8 Milly Lou ripped out of his hands.

Goal scorers get paid more, and Matthews is a centerman, which also gets you more $$.. Matthews was also a #1 overall pick and is considered a top 10 player in the league.

None of those things can be said about Marner

I dunno what the Leafs are doing, trying to win the cup with two centres who have never won a cup. To win the cup, we need cup winning centres.

We also need someone for Captain Hyman to play with, Matthews is worse than Marner and Marner isn't even a centre.
