I honestly believe half the reason Mete doesn't score? He's next to Weber. The Man Mountain who has a rocket of a shot. He spends too much time looking to set him up, then realizing the great chance he could have *because* everyone is looking for that pass to Weber. He takes half of those shots, and he'll pot at least 1 in 5. (Shots on target, mind you.)

He gets the chances, eventually they'll go in. I also think Mete has value beyond points, he's a great puck carrier...I remember Gomez during his last Habs season, he wasn't producing...but the Habs only had 2 ways of going on offense, Gomez bringing it in or anybody else dumping it, which is both boring and predictable.
