except Kekaleinen has spoken, apparently the log jam has to do with the RFA market concerning defensman.

I can wait for that signing, ZW will happen when it happens. I am very interested to hear if there are UFA's worthy of being signed or players who are being offered PTO's for the season.

IMO the CBJ needs more offense, and if they are going to make a play for a playoff spot this season they need a few more players up front.

I agree whole-heartedly. I'll be disappointed if JK doesn't make a move to add a big top-6 forward. The offense, as currently constructed, does not seem to me to be consistent enough.
There is no one that tilts the ice his way when he comes over the boards, and creates "quiet" areas for other players like Cam, Bjorkstrand, Andy to shoot from.

A strategy of "hoping/expecting" Texier, Bemstrom to put up big points, and the Korpi/Elvis combination to work is not good.
