if i want a habs jersey is it okay to get a st. patrick? or do habs fans dislike him for the way things ended?

i mean, i like goalies, so i guess it's either him or racicot.

I believe that Aho's jersey will be lifted to the rafters in March. No need of waiting until his career is over, room is disappearing so he wants a head start. Retire the jersey this year, he joins the club in 2024

Ha, ha, ho, ho, ho, my stomach is hurting from laughing so hard. Did you think of that yourself or was it Jimbo's idea.

Markov, as a defenceman, is in the same league as Chris Chelios who retired at the age of 48. "The General" is still a youthful 40 and with his skills, vision and experience would be a smart addition to the Habs' blueline. I'd look at him as being what us oldtimers call a player-coach much in the fashion of another Mtl great, Doug Harvey.
Granted that speed has pretty well taken over the game, however Markov possesses a high hockey IQ which would be of benefit to a questionable defensive squad below the 1st and 2nd line pairings.

I didn't follow Markov closely since he left for the KHL, but people who did, mostly say he looked slow last season.

I thought Mark Howe was one for awhile, guess not. If you're speaking more of a mentor, then maybe.

What would you expect of him 50-60 games? The season is long enough for a young man. I'm surprised more vets aren't on a "pitch count" with all the travel and back to back games.
