So you are saying he should just never communicate that there is a weakness that needs improving, keep the door closed and pretend all is rainbows and lollipops....awesome.

Gawd I sure hope that if Markstrom poops the bed and is the worst goalie in history, he just states all is good with our goaltending, no plans on improving anything on the team...wouldn't want to be proactive with identifying areas needing improving upon.

Quesnel has a lot of nice out lying lakes & stuff. PG not much of anything tbh.

I am not sold on Green period, I will put 6 losses on Green for lack of preparation and game adjustments last year.

Hopefully he is going to coaching school in the off season and comes ready to be an NHL coach and not a AHL coach.

Nothing more happened on the passage worthy the mentioning; so, after a fine run, we safely arrived in Nantucket.

Nantucket! Take out your map and look at it. See what a real corner of the world it occupies; how it stands there, away off shore, more lonely than the Eddystone lighthouse. But these extravaganzas only show that Nantucket is no Illinois.

Look now at the wondrous traditional story of how this island was settled by the red-men. Thus goes the legend. In olden times an eagle swooped down upon the New England coast and carried off an infant Indian in his talons. With loud lament the parents saw their child borne out of sight over the wide waters. I was reading an article the other day. It said that Euro D in later rounds I think past the 3rd round turn out be NHL'ers at a higher rate than CHL drafted Defensemen in those same rounds.

Quesnel has a lot of nice out lying lakes & stuff. PG not much of anything tbh.

Yes thanks I do realize that, I was referring to identifying where there is a weakness and then communicating that you (Benning) would like to improve upon that weakness.

And if Markstrom does poop the bed, I'm not sure Demko will be ready for #1 responsibilities and Benning will state that he would like to improve, go out and acquire someone and I guess that will be frowned upon...I don't know I'm just trying to understand how saying you want to improve certain segments is a detriment.
