you really can never have too many goalies on the roster at the same time. I would run with 4 or 5 and let the hot hand play. God Bless JF Berube.

Dzingel signs with Canes for 2 years at $6.75 mill total .. kinda cheap no?

I am a little shocked that Dzingel did not get at least 4 or 5 mill a year. 27 year old center with solid numbers every year.

He never broke 41pts before this year and I'm not so sure he'll do it again. I'd say he signed a very fair deal for both sides. I figured some idiot would overpay him, but it looks like another reasonable contract was signed this offseason

I would have been upset if we signed him at 5 mill + a year but under 3.5 is a steal IMO. Solid player that puts up points and can fly. I would have liked him a lot at that number.

Kinda shocked he was not the one guy who stayed in Columbus. Played for Ohio State for years. I would have assumed he loved it there.. oh well.
