It's a deal, not sure if I'd call it "good"...but it's not bad either. He's got injury issues and I'm not particularly sure that his body will stand the test of time over a 4 year deal.

Lee, easily. Those two get hurt and are likely to miss plenty of games. Anders is a rock.

That said, Johansson at $4.5M AAV on a two year deal is something I can't figure out why we didn't do, assuming he didn't totally rule out the Isles of course.

Do you think that teams arent quick to go after russian khl players due to them maybe wanting to go back if it doesn't work here?

Example if gusev is not doing well and gets put on the 4th line then wants to dip back to russia instead of going to AHL??

I can’t imagine how he wanted to go to beautiful buffalo instead of the island. Wanted him at the trade deadline and would’ve definitely taken him now. Would’ve been a good fit and he was money in the playoffs.
