In Order for the Leafs to create cap Space, while also being able to bring in an affordable top-4 Dan ($4-4.5 Mill Per Annum) They will need to move Nylander, post July 1st (once they pay payout an $8 Million dollar bonus) as well as Connor Brown $2.1 Mill.

Marner should not get more than $10.5 Avg Salary Per year.

If this guy wants more than that, then he is the greediest Leaf of them all.

Tough pickle Dubas is in & not unforeseen.

Carrying JT’s & AM’s contracts although they are worth it was & is problematic.
