He's getting the VIP treatment by Benning/FA/Green right now in VAN, and probably isn't going to get the same offer by any other SANE GM. 7x7 I imagine what gets done, and it will be disastrous

100%. I was only comparing the two, cause I think Myers will handcuff at the defense position the same was LE has handcuffed us at the forward.

Canucks should have taken Seabrook and 3rd for 10th. No brainer. They also should have been in on Marleau. Soft pass on Subban. Miller for a 1st, 3rd and player is a head scratcher. Panarin is NOT coming here. Myers is a BIG mistake if they take him.

And I will write it again: Canucks should offer sheet Gusev as Vegas is in cap trouble. Maybe $3M per. That is a better gamble than Miller.

Gusev was also fantastic at the World Championship. Played PP1 and tied for second overall in tournament scoring with Kucherov & Voracek, with 16 pts in 10 games.
