For a year or two you will like him. Then grow weary of his play and actions. Good pick up but buyer beware |

so I'm not the only one that is aware of the stupid antics. Super skilled, but I could do without the extra. I hope that's ok for me to say! |

Clutching and grabbing. Diving. Sitting on people. Defensive liability. The list goes on and on. Be happy he is in your team and you don't have to play against him anymore. But you will get tired of how he plays. It's the new NHL. He is a whiner. Great trade for what you gave up. |

118 - Case McCarthy
D, likes to hit, pass first...
Might be a good value pick here.
All-in-all, I don't have any opinion on the guys taken outside of Hughes... the Devils have one a decent job drafting past first round, so hopefully that continues this year.
I don't mind getting Subban, but Ray's not done by any stretch. When I check the roster on July 2, hopefully he'll fill in some gaps this team still has. |

He’s gonna get a top winger. He mentioned FA or could also be a trade. But I think he wants to make sure Hughes has a really good winger.

yes, I mean the right side D depth is PK, Vats, Severson, Smith, and Carrick if we bring him back. Smith COULD go to the left side, but he's a righty.. so. And I thought Carrick was good enough on the 3rd pair.
Maybe Vats gets moved for a forward. |

Just an attempt at an impartial view from someone whose watched P.K. play for the last three years, and isn't exactly a P.K. hater. The complaining about some of his on ice antics is overblown. Don't like the flopping to the ice he does when he gets beat, but the other gritter crap he does are things you kind of like when he's doing it for you're team. Great guy in the community too, so don't listen to any of the csrap about his off ice extracurriculars. Legit criticisms for P.K. are his tenancy to forget he's actually not a forward at times, terrible turnovers, and a bad habit of not showing up for games where there isn't a spotlight for him to stand under. He's an absolute beast in the playoffs though. He's a few steps slower than he used to be, and not quite the superstar he was was in Montreal, but still a very solid D-man when he wants to get serious. Just don't expect shut down defense from him, save for those few odd games he decides to commit to it. |

Why does the contract matter? We're still 5 mill UNDER the cap floor lol. And its only for 3 more years. We have no issue whatsoever with the contract |

Patrick Moynihan at 158 seems like a pretty good value pick, lots of the USNTDP guys were all quoted saying he's the most underrated player on their team. Might be my favorite pick of the day |
