I was thinking about this deal and couldnt decide if it would be a good idea or not but would you guys do Wood and another second rounder for Evander Kane and would the sharks do it ? Would it be enough of a upgrade to make it worth while ?

.. no it doesn't. Mojo is a great 3rd line guy that can play on the 2nd line when needed. This year in Jersey and then the playoffs showed us that.

Not many players like Duchene would sign with a team that finished so far out of the playoffs without a major overpayment (more than the usual ufa overpayment)

Wood is a down grade but the cap savings lol they dont lose much grit they dont lose any speed I wouldnt think and they get a good contract.

I'm trying to be positive. IF we were to keep Subban, we'd get 3-6yrs of quality out of him. It's just those prospects at 34.. could be 15 years of awesomeness.

yes, but all the other numbers like goals and assists and watching him play show me he's a 3rd/2nd line winger on his best day.. not 1st/2nd.
