I love Toronto! It is an Amazing city. I love the Raptors! Awesome Champions! I love the Blues Jays! I even got to see some games back in the early 90's when they won back to back World Series Championships and would love to see them win again. I don't even hate the Maple Leafs (Tavares aside, his choice) and the majority of their fans. It's idiots like you. I have lived in Ontario all my life; Southern Ontario for over the last 20 years and you and others just make it so hard to NOT cheer for any other team but the Leafs. I do have to say, I will still cheer for them when they play the Rangers, but that's just an Islanders thing. This past week was AWESOME! St. Louis was the only other team that hadn't won a cup since 1967 and then Toronto gets a Championship Team to help them feel better about no Stanley!

I'm hopeful that Louuuuuuuuuu presents offer sheets to either Laine or Marner. I'd give up four late first round picks (23 and higher) for either winger. Paired with Mathew Barzal, that would be a formidable line for the next ten years. Do it Louuuuuu!

I would think they would surely consider Shea Weber as a suitable trading point. They could shed that albatross and Vegas needs a top Dman. This would also clear up space to go after the other Karlsson… Erik! Just saying.

MB would never consider trading Weber. At least not fo the next 2-3 years. Pretty sure it would required a 2nd round draft pick and a strong prospect (joni ikonen).

Don't forget that LV already has cap space issues before signing him and the player will want a 6-7 Mil per year
