I was thinking Arizona for Goligoski. They lose $800k in cap, but they are out from that after this year, and it costs them $2.75m in money, but they don't spend the $9.8m on Goligoski, so they are up $6m in cash.

I base this solely on the fact that numbers-wise Goligoski doesn't look like someone who's worth his $5.5m salary. I don't recall seeing him play since he left Pittsburgh (and I never really loved him there). But he's a LHD; the only RHD they have that fits is Demers. In that case, they lose $1.75m in cap space, but they only gain $4.5m in actual cash. I also Demers still has value to their organization.

Honestly, I don't know if Carolina would take Zaitsev. If those sold, though, it would be good moves. You'd get $2m in cap space.

I added Grabner, because his cap hit far exceeds his production and he's on the wrong side of 30, but he can still play in our top 9, because he's a LW.
