Hard to miss that call. He knows it's a penalty, looking right at it, and lets it go. Ok you're not going to call it for whatever reason. What's worse is that he does still have the decision to stop play. You'd think ok I just clearly (frank)ed up a call, the guy is clearly hurt and clearly a scoring chance is imminent. Yes, he can blow it dead at his discretion. All he had to do and the missed call is a footnote instead of a decider. Fkn retard
