The Leafs are trying to move Cap Space and I am hearing the Minnesota Wild and Blue Jackets are already showing some interest in William Nylander...The asking price is yet to be determined, but the Wild pushed hard for Nylander right before the Leafs ended up signing him...

I'd like for the Red Wings to trade Mantha, Athanasiou, Dekeyser and Howard for Kuznetsov, Backstrom, Carlson and Samsonov. I guess I'd be ok with that. Nah, I'd likely want Ovechkin to be included too.

that's an old story that also came up at the TDL. the tweet is not accurate. he bought the condo 2-3 years ago, and rents it out. it's a piece of investment property, not something he bought to live in. pretty sure a hockey player, who'll likely be making close to 10 mil per year, isn't living in a condo....especially with a new baby and a dog.
