Kadri ought to sack up and apologize to his teamates and coach for being an undisciplined dip poop and getting himself suspended for the series. Leafs win if he plays...maybe not...but he is skilled player and he could have helped...

i liked boston to take this series and then the winner of bolts bruins wins the cup...however cbj's thought differently..

bruins will be ready for them and this should be a great matchup...i like the bruins in 6..

Kadri is an undisciplined dummy - for the 2nd year in a row. Being suspended forced them to use Worthless Willie in the middle and he provided nothing but the press will blame it on his wingers.

I think the Blue Jackets take Boston out fairly easily.

I’m not so sure about that. Boston plays a heavier game than TB - CBJ may have some trouble with that. It’s going to be a grind-fest.

Leafs and Preds are only two teams I’ll gladly trash talk any given day.

The hatred flows strong.

The rest of the league, meh, who cares.

Hell no, Boston isn’t mentally weak like TB. They have proven champions on the roster and play a much tougher all around style.

I think Boston wins the series in 6 games.

I didn’t realize that happened? When?
- Chief4Feathers

Well over a year ago...Justin Lowe tried to get a reversal shortening it, no luck.

I just simply left for more than the allotted time, figured there are enough places I can post my opinion and not be a jerk, hell, I was really insulted, but they somehow thought I was promoting DraftSite, and stuff I wrote on the The-Rink.

I was last and didn't want find, cut and paste by evidence/opinion, and I think it was more number of trying to ban me b/c they thought I was specifically on hockey buzz to draw people o JJ, vio links?

All I got was the PM that I was not exactly who I did, but et that wash they were thinking...

Watch, I will get banned now, LOL!

Stan continues to find gems overseas. He and the scouting dept. have had good.luck lately and Mikheyev looks like another target.

Although I don't think he has any connection to any Hawk brass, I would like to see the Hawks bring in John Stevens as an assistant coach in charge of defense and PK. I think with Colliton's and the rest of the coaching staffs (Brrkbank, Granato) inexperience, they need someone with more experience behind the bench.

I've heard there could be a veteran voice brought in.

Hey Wiz, thanks for the background on that story. It was a BS move to ban you for that - I’ve posted links with no problem. I’m glad you’re on this board - I enjoy your insights.

Agreed. They’ll most like shop Maata or Johnson - but who in their right mind would take Johnson? If only Peter Chiarelli was still a GM somewhere...

Friedman just talked about Letang actually being one of the big changes in PIT this offseason as he would bring the most value back as the retool on the fly.

That’s true about Letang being the one who could bring back the most - but that’s a big hole to fill on an already suspect defense. You might get some defenseman prospect in return - but that defeats the rebuild on-the-fly objective. If the Pens trade Letang for another defenseman can they get a better one in return? Doubtful without something added - and the Pens aren’t exactly awash in prospects or picks.

Hey JL, Any news on Anton Wedin, the other Euro that the Hawks were linked to a couple of days ago?

Ever since one or more severe injuries it sure seems that Letang has broken down a few times. Maybe a concussion for a short while. Point is, he seems sort of fragile. And combine that with big dollars contract. I don't want him. Cost too much in trade. Uncertain his age but probably not worth signing him if he became a free agent. If you look up his games missed last two seasons, he is fragile. I sense that he hasn't been as dynamic good as he used to be. Due to injuries perhaps.

I hope Stan doesn't even consider for one second on acquiring Letang. He can't stay healthy and at 31 that's probably not going to get better.

I’m sure Stan would offer him full bonus potential as he did with Kahun. The Hawks have opening all throughout their lineup and he’d have the change to play with a combination of Toews, Kane, Saad, DeBrincat and Strome regularly. That has to be enticing.

Justin wiz mention about trading the 3rd overall pick for an rfa wonder if this could be another option for bowman and company to explore, it have to be an exceptional player though.

Pass on Letang concussion history hot head and not durable and to too old I could see a team like Colorado possible imo acquiring him in the offseason.

We"'ll see, that's why they play the games.

Chara is going to get pounded by some of the big BJ forwards and the Leafs had no Seth Jones or Werenskis on their back end. If Bobo plays well in net the Bruins are going to find it very tough sledding.

Have to think it is.... 4 goals on a 5 min major in a game 7 when down 3. Unbelievable. Glad I didn’t go to bed. Might be the greatest 5 mins of hockey I’ve ever seen.
