Time to take some of the big slow guys out. I'd like to see Valimaki & Dube dress next game.
- Saskabush

I'd like to do something wild and switch Lindholm and Bennett.

Adding Vali would be a nice touch also.

They will win the next 3. In the playoffs, if you get blown out in an early game, plenty of time to rebound. I am calling it.

However, I am moving Bennett up to the top line.

CGY will have to be 100% a new team to win out. And with how this game went and the blood boiling on both sides. I can't see that. I expect the rest of this series to be a total death match.

Also, with no clear answer for MacKinnon, or that forechecking second line, good luck with that. Soderberg and Jost could probably have asked for the puck and CGY D would have given it to them.

There's the Hunk we all know and love.

Series isn't over yet and the Flames can play way better than this. I know a lot of fans have to act like the season is over after every loss but nobody's won 4 games yet.

This was a rough game but the Flames are much better than they played tonight. Series is far from over.

The series changed when Johnny kept caring about getting his hands clipped. Fix the gloves.they have the better team.

I've watched this team long enough to know that if they lose the next game, they're going to fold.
- Hunkulese

kind of looks like they already have.

It was over with the 5 on 3, very deflating. Hopefully they get a stronger start to game 4, its not over yet for sure.

Was hard to watch when they got the pp in the second I felt it was going to work out which they scored on as well, course the Brodie gaff AGAIN for the SH....wiring the puck around to him seems to not be working out lately, mix him up on defense on pp.

The score actually flattered the Flames ! If not for Smitty, you'd have scored 10.

I'd scratch Neal and put in Czarnik. They need more speed and Neal ain't keeping up.

IDK. Neal, Bennett, and Tkachuk seem to be the only forwards on the team made for playoffs.

Realistically the top line has not played decent hockey since the all star break.

In playoffs you when when your top players find the next level, like we are seeing with McKinnon.

We will live and die with out top line, and they seem timid and scared. Will be a quick series unless that changes.

McKinnon is absolutely flying right now, and Mony and Johnny are coasting. It's not even a close comparison between the way these guys are playing and it's making a massive difference. Colorado is being aggressive all over the ice, hard forecheck, fast backcheck, they won pretty much EVERY puck battle last night.

If last night wasn't a "wake the (frank) up" game, these guys are just flat out done.
