I think Thompson stays (or comparable vet is signed) to play most games as 4th line center, that can shut down and pkill. CJ doe snot like young guys, rookies there.

It's a very good point for sure but I dont think it's that far fetched that Domi ends up back on the wing... and if it does happen, its probably because some or all of their young promising C pan out, which wouldn't be a bad thing

If once on the ice they make that determination I'm fine with it but I find planning it at this stage with what we've seen to be asinine. Not sure about everybody else but I've watched a lot of weak play, specifically on the offensive side, in the C slot for a long time in Montreal and Domi was essentially what they've been looking for. Bird in the hand is worth two in the bush

I agree... and as I said, it wouldn't be until later on down the road, gotta see what Kotkaniemi and Poehling can do on a regular basis... Guys in here have now convinced me that Suzuki will be a RW and that's fine too, it would be a nice change if they had so many good players, trying to figure out where they all fit in, wont hear any complaints out of me!
