You know it! Probably add another for "winning last regular season game in 2018-2019 season" too.

As for Trashville, they get through Dallas in 5, maybe 6 (for another banner to be raised ("Advanced to second round"), but then I think they get flattened by STL in round 2.....in 5...possibly 6 games.

Also, with Nashville's inexplicable fear of Chicago and their fans, tables can be turned and reminding them that in 2010, Nashville launched the Hawks to first of 3 Cup wins.....we all dearly remember game 5...Preds had the game won, but for some inexplicable reason, Martin Erat probably made the most bonehead play in Preds history by trying to pass the puck in the middle of the ice with about 25 seconds left in the third......picked off....Hawks come down and Kaner puts home the tying goal.....followed by Hossa's OT winner.....which essentially ended the series....and propelling the Hawks the Cup win....so as classless as the Nashville hockey scene is.....we hear in Chicago thank you......I'd like to give credit for all 3 Cup wins....but I just can't!

Oh, and BTW.....all those banners are really nice that you have....kinda meaningless without the big one.....

So, we have home ice advantage, 31st ranked power play and we are playing Dallas... I say Preds in 5.

Curious, do you think Hossa should've even been in the game to score the game winner?? Or was the 5 minutes enough or too much? Or did Hamhuis just trip over his own skates and no penalty should've been called?

You know, I make it a point not to respond to trolls, because generally they're not worth paying any attention too, but I'm disappointed.... Disappointed, in the utter lack of creativity from our trolls here lately. The banners again really? You going to bring up Shea Weber recapture next, or how 'we dun just discovered hockey down hur too yurs ago yurp'. Where's Bluemann at, at least his shade is current.

I actually find the banner banter amusing... Like it's actually supposed to bother us. We know it's stupid and we honestly don't care what anyone thinks of the stupid banners. It's entertaining to see all the people so butt hurt over it, or immediately jump to that whenever they think they're coming up with a cheap witty insult. Especially coming from a random Eastern Conference team who hasn't been to the playoffs in over a decade. By the way does Carolina have a blogger on Hockey Buzz yet? The mecca of fake hockey news? Ouch, just checking. Personally I wouldn't mind if Carolina wanted to raise a banner for winning the first Wildcard this year!

Actually I'm rooting for Carolina in the East this year. Fellow small/non-traditional market team, and I like how they play, so I won't hold one random goofball against them. Personally, I think the Preds should start hanging banners for every random thing they do just to annoy the people so bothered by them. We should hang one every single time we beat the Hawks. At least one commemorating the four game sweep, hang it above the visitors locker room every time the mighty Hawks come to town. Remind them of the exact moment their franchise fell into the pits. By the way, special thanks to the Hawks defense for rolling over and doing their best impersonation of a dumpster fire in front of poor Ward last night. Almost felt sorry for the poor guy.
