Yes. Chiarot has been playing with a ton more confidence of late and it shows in his game. The extra ice time has been good for him. I also think Nathan Beaulieu has been playing well enough to supplant Joe Morrow in the depth charts as we move forward.

I love everything about Scheif except the fact that he really has to dial it down a whole lot on the whining to the officials. They aren't going to change the call so please give it a rest.

Scheif whines alot no doubt, but he doesn't swear at the officials. "Frick" is the worst word he will use. But, the offciating makes me cringe. Like the call on Hayes last nite from the ref at center? Really, this official had a better view from center ice where Hayes is going behind the net? The guy must have bionic vision.

How about that lame icing call against the Jets just prior to the time out. Flames defender slow mo waltzed and dawdled and could have easily retrieved the puck. Ref should have waived it. The classic late game lets give the trailing team an offensive zone face off to get back in the game call/non call.
