With many non-PO teams left on our sched i’m hoping to see more of Demko. The other games i’d like to see more scoring against PO teams & especially the kids to amp up their game to end the season. |

Using that Mock for an example there isn’t many RHD projected in the 1st round. Seeing as we only have Tanev i’m hoping Woo can be top 4 eventually. If Hughes can play his off side as he said that would be huge allowing us more flexibility.
Edler Hughes
Byram Tanev
OJ Stetcher
Hutton Woo
Presuming we finally luck out on the lottery.
Possible pairings to look forward to. None are in stone nor in any order. The depth is solid & Rathbone is yet TBD. |

Thanks Carol,
Any chance we don’t see Hughes this season and his ELC starts next year? |

Great stuff Carol! I thought/think Edler and tanev are such a stabilizing force for this team. They really can demonstrate things like how to handle things like the late 5-3 you mentioned.
Another note, if we are fortunate and get Byram. I don't suspect he's got much of a shot at making this lineup. I know I'm going to get jumped on a bit I just think he would be behind in the pipeline and really have to rock training camp. Juolevi, Hughes, Saunter, Brisbois are all guys that will see time IMO. But I do also see us getting at least one UFA dman and now Teves is in the mix. |

Also I'm curious who everyone would take at 3? |

Byram is hard to figure where he goes. I’m seeing a few teams in the top 4 going BPA & probably Philly going for top F available. Byram i think goes 4-6th. |

Hughes i see as a lock to make the team for obvious reasons. OJ should push but depends on his recovery & his training camp. If we got Byram (pls pls) i see him even with OJ & ahead of anyone else. It’s Woo whom i want to see keep making big strides & starts with the WHL PO’s. All in all only 7-8 D can make the roster & if any go back to Utica that’s ok. |

Yeah i'd say that's about his range. Lots of the top teams in the draft need D, including Colorado if they slip out of the top2. I'm really hoping for Hughes or Kakko, I really like both and we could use either. But I'd be very happy with Byram or Podz at 3. The nice this is I completely trust JB at this point, so I'm just excited to have another big piece added |

Well ya, I don't mean for 82 games when I say IMO they will see ice time next year. JB already said Joulevi would have gotten a look, so pretty sure it's happening regardless of who's name gets called. Woo I think has a great shot,v but a lot depends on Edler and UFA signing(s) for any of this. |

I highly doubt Woo makes the team as a 19 year old. Back to MJ for another year I think. |

These guys aren’t why the team still sucks...
Hopefully the rebuild starts next year, and in 4 or 5 years we’ll only be 4 or 5 years away |
