I think BOS or NSH will be the spot Simmonds lands....I keep seeing TBY, but NSH just seems to be a good fit for him.

Yeah, because the guy who has scored the 2nd most PPG after Ovechkin since 2010 and managed 24 last year despite playing through multiple injuries is somehow overrated.

We already have one declining power forward whose best days are behind him,

Simmons is past his prime. The Lightning don't need him, but I have a sinking feeling they are going to get him because of some outdated notion of "grit" or "sandpaper" or some similar nonsense.
