Would you move Puljujarvi if it meant unloading the Lucic contract in the deal. Obviously it would mean not a lot coming back. The value would be dumping the Lucic salary cap anchor.

Would you do it Oiler fan?

I just don't understand Edmonton's continued fixation on employing all the old 80's gang.

Now Keith Gretzky? Why not, he has't been GM yet, might as well give it a roll see how it works out. His name surely will lead to the promised land. How many Gm's and coaches in the last 10 years?

Sorry Oilers fans, always was a fan of sorts but the owner needs to fire every old 80's player and find your self a GM and a coach and stick with it for more than a year. Drain the swamp.

starting to think that this is Melnyk 2.0 in Edmonton. everyone should go, including the hot dog guy..but as long as the owner is there, this will probably continue

Hate to bet against McDavid, but if Hitchcock is coaching Connor wont catch Kucherov.
What little offence we do have our coach has found a a way to shut it down...Last night we could have swapped jerseys with Arizona, and we wouldnt have noticed...

Lotta blanks to fill there. Drai should be able to centre his own line. I’d rather have Nuge up 1st line left wing and Drai centering the second line. Drai needs to learn more 2 way defensive play.

Wait until the off season to fill out the rest. Keep Chaser maybe. Sell off your 1st + for Nylander maybe. Toronto will want to keep Marner instead, and it trades Nylander out of conference.

Get rid of Looch any way you can. Send him to Arizona with Puljujarvi if you have to. Just get rid of him.

The Kooch is Loose. It has nothing to do with the coaching. Nobody can/could catch him. It's his year.

Yup.

So ends the last thing we Oil fans could hope for this season.

Pully unfortunately is damaged goods because the Oilers rushed him into the NHL and he has never been given the time to learn the NHL style game in the minors. He may get a good 3rd liner or a B prospect with a draft choice but not much more.

My boy Barkov is heating up. Filthy (frank)ing hands. I wish he wasn't wasted in Florida, he's the next Datsyuk.

As someone watching my own team tire fire... I must say one of the cool things is being able to go to Bakes and SD and see the kids in the A ... Bakes loves the Condors..

The enthusiasm for the game of hockey in this city is second to none. There is no other fan base in the league that would continue to walk through the dead of winter to bars, arenas, and friend's houses to watch their team.
