Gio for Norris...
Qusetions for you guys:

So does Tkachuk's play as of late hurt his contract value?
Who do we want in the 1st round?
Does Dube see any more games with the big club this year?
Has Gaudreau ever had sex (with a girl)?
Why is it so cold here? (back from a week in Hawaii)

I would like to get Bobby Brink if we keep our first round pick. He plays with current Flames prospect Martin Pospisil as well on the same line and they appear to have chemistry. Brink also has the highest point per game than anyone else in the USHL.

Wonder if Chucky is fighting an injury - he has not been himself (in terms of peskiness) for quite awhile now. Production has slowed, and there is potential if it continues through end of year and/or playoffs, there could be some impact to negotiations.

If Nolan Foote is still kicking around, I'd be pretty happy with that. Or Connor McMichael, just so we could have our own McJesus

Dube will be back in the event of an injury only.

Negatory.

Your fault for going to Hawaii. Selfish bastard.

Foote looks good since dad took over the head coaching job, easily the Rockets best player but that's not saying much this year. Lassie Tomson a right shooting defence man with Kelowna looks like the real deal think he's ranked late 2nd might go later. IMO he's better than Korsack (spelling).
I'd take the Canucks in the 1st round even though they've done well against us.
Tkachuks play definitely impacts his contract.
Johnnys pouting cause everyone went to Mexico while he had to go to the Allstar game.
It's frigging cold in K town as well not Calgary cold though.
3.5 weeks til I go to Sayulita for 3 weeks. Suck it haters!

I agree it's nice to see Smith post some wins and avoid softy's, but I suspect David will be back in net at some point soon. We really do have a 1a/1b (possibly 1b/1c) tandem going right now, but I am not sure there is a goalie out there (for the price) that would make sense to trade for. Generally speaking, I like Treliving's approach to dealing with large ticket items in the off-season.

Chucky only has 3 pts in last 10 games and if that trend continues it will hurt his contract negotiations. Of course he could put up 20 pts down the stretch and have a great playoff and cash in big time this summer too. TBD

With our first I want Mark Stone.

Dube is playing a ton and well in Stockton so I say leave him there and let him develop. He is only 20 and will be a stud when he is a man.

Yeah, saw that he was dealing with injury issues last year when I dug up his scouting report. 6'3" 183 lbs, that kid is gonna fill out to be a big boy. Not a great skater, but neither are Chucky and Mony - just gotta move him before he becomes Lucic slow

I think with Rittich he does a better when he gets a little rest. Lets hope he can get back to the form he was playing earlier.

We are still not dominating like we were earlier in the season. Not sure if that is du to fatigue or some good coaching by other teams.

Hope they can pick the intensity back up for the final stretch. Be good for some of these guys to get some rest for the last couple games of the season without having to worry about loosing home ice advantage.

Rittich has only started 11 games since the start of the year. Started 0 back to backs, and of his last 7, only the Canucks game was after a single day of rest, and that was after playing just half a period against San Jose. It's not a rest thing.

The only reason the Flames aren't dominating teams right now is Gaudreau is in his annual post-all-star slump.

I think there's a very good chance that Duchene is the only big name that actually moves at the deadline.

I agree most of the guys are playing well. Johnny not so much, maybe dad needs to make the trip to Calgary. He sure picked his game up when all the dads were on the trip. Would be nice toseeMcJohnny back!

Doesn't lose too many board battles. 3rd year in the dub, he's started when he was 15, and next year they host the m cup. Said it before we could be picking right where he's ranked although I'm sure the Flames have done their homework.

He's been getting to much tang, that he's forgot how to score on the ice. He probably can't get those jiggly jugs out of his mind, lol
