How many pucks can the Kings send for Brown? Will you take a Brown for Brown trade? |

Good god no!!! I would take Dustin Brown for no more than $3M a season. As for cutting Brown and Prosser, good. Start firing people! Although, I have to admit I am a little dissapointed they are moving anyone from the core. To many choke artist at the center of this team, time to make some big moves. |

Glad hes creating some roster flexibility. Gives a couple of the young guys an opportunity to come up now. |

So both Prosser and Brown made it through waivers and can will be going to Iowa. But even with even with Aberg now going on the IR, the roster is sitting at 22 players, only 1 of Kunin/JEE can come up. More needs to be done. And reading on NHL Rumors, Fenton said that the trades he has made for more dmen are not a precursor to even bigger trades. I can't believe that at all. |

Oops! I miscounted. Roster is at 21 with Aberg going on IR. I see Kunin and Kyle Rau have been called up. I still believe if JEE is going to have a place in the NHL, its going to be as a 4th line C. And I can understand the reason behind calling up Rau, as he has the shooter mentality that most of the Wild lacks. But I really question his ability on the defensive side. Yes, he is a forward and he is supposed to score...but there is more to the game then just scoring. Hopefully, playing 4th line minutes with the Wild will hide those deficiencies.
Another wish is that someone works with JEE on face-offs while he is down in Iowa. He could get greatly improve in that aspect of the game, he could lock himself into a regular 4th line role for years to come. |
