Thought they played well enough to win. Lots of energy last night. Didn't see anyone quitting on plays and they won a lot of puck battles.

Is the Hand trade a pre-cursor to Brodin being traded away?

Did anyone else think that Staal seemed to have a lot more jump in his step after Foligno scored last night? I really don't understand how the Vegas D let him just coast down to the corner of the net and stand that. I think it was Eakin that came to him late, but Staal is not some little guy that just sneaks into the goal crease. Actually, same thing by Coyle.

It was definitely a nice pass from Spurgeon on Coyle's goal. But I think Spurge is on the trading block right now, along with Granlund. Spurgeon is a great trade asset and Grannie does seem to be trying his damnest to make plays, but just doesn't seem to have it. Also, I don't believe the Wild are going to want to pay him what he is going to want in 2 years. Might as well use your best trade asset and get a haul for him now, while he is still worth a lot.

And Dan, I agree, the celebration after the game did appear more "real" than just "ok, we won the game". Maybe, just maybe, something has clicked.

Forgot to add....Greenway is going to be a beast in this league if he keeps improving like he has throughout this season.
