This roster needs to change Kyrou needs to be in the AHL and seriously. If you move a top end guy to Carolina you can get a top end blue liner plus. Then move Petro to Toronto and get a top end, young forward plus.

And/or you move Schenn.

Something is off with this team. Too much wasted talent and they play way too slow.

I wonder why Hamilton is being considered for a trade again. I know Carolina is thick with dmen and they have to cut some costs there but that got has elite talent. So you have to wonder when he is moved from one team with a similar issue as Carolina to another to quick to move on from him again, albeit, with lots of defensive depth.
The Blues meanwhile I think can afford to move Petro without replacing him because of some risers on the farm. They need to aquire speed and probably a really good goaltending prospect or goaltender. Binnington's been good but you can't rely on that.

More speed in the line up. Throw some guys who have speed and can hit. If you could imagine Maroon with speed.
