Update: Lindgren play. So will Fast. It was maintenance for Fast, but he's in. Hayes is feeling better. He'll practice tomorrow and the hope is he can play Thursday. Waiting on an update on Adam McQuaid, who skated. If he's good, he'll play. Unsure of the D that sits.

They're pretty close in terms of statistics and they both play on powerhouse teams. SKA St. Pete is way more stacked, but CSKA is incredibly deep as well.

I don't know a ton about the mechanics of goaltending and won't pretend to. Sorokin's numbers are marginally better over the last three seasons, including the current one, and he has significantly more playoff starts and has posted insanely-good numbers in during the post-season.

Kravtsov has been very impressive over the past 12 months in the KHL and international play. Kravtsov’s point totals haven’t been amazing this season in the KHL, but Chelyabinsk has a weak team. His game is defined by his skill. When Kravtsov has the puck, he’s looking to make something happen. He makes the flashy skill plays seem routine. His playmaking has also consistently impressed me this season. I wasn’t 100 percent on that aspect of his game going into the draft, but I think his vision is high-end now. His pace at times could be better, but he can skate fine when he gets going. The main thing with Kravtsov is improving his compete level. He can get lost on the perimeter and taken out of games physically.

Both goalies are great. Shesty has split some time but has fantastic numbers. Sorokin is more of a positional goalie and Shesty is more athletic.

I was thinking the same but the position is starting to trend towards larger guys. 6-2, 6-3. Some are even taller obviously. It sounds like he is still tall enough to be effective. Looking for that guy who is tall/big enough to naturally cover the net and still athletic/quick enough to move around.
