The Jack Adams is by far the silliest award and is rarely given out based on actual merit.

Peters really isn't any better than Gulutzan was. The Flames success this year has far more to do with the massive improvements in goal, on their top line, their bottom six, and their bottom pairing defence. The Flames were also the unluckiest team in the league last year if you're a stats kind of guy.

Watch some games! Glugheads an idiot! Look how he's helping Edmonton this year. Got them right back into lottery contention.
Peters holds players accountable, isn't afraid to make changes when things don't work, puts players in a position to succeed! Glen does none of that.

Not really sure what team you were watching. Everyone that Peters put "in a position to succeed" succeeded last year. The only guy who's noticeably better is Brodie, but there wasn't really another spot in the lineup with the roster they had last year.

No idea what you consider holding someone accountable, but player usage has been more or less the same as last year. Peters still dresses a scrubby fourth line way too often.

The number one reason the Flames are doing so well this year has nothing to do with coaching. They're getting Vezina calibre goaltending. Number two is Tkachuk continues to get better, but he was also continuing to get better last year. Number three is the massive upgrade of Lindholm over Ferland.

What does Edmonton have to do with anything? Gulutzan isn't the head coach, and their roster is a mess.
