Allen certainly isn't afraid to throw to the middle of the field. I wonder what he could do with a guy who could catch the ball in space?

he is learning more on the field then on the sidelines

I don't think the addition of talented WR's will help much. I don't like Allen - he wasn't good in college and nothing he's shown here in the NFL shows me that will change. What they really need to do is somehow acquire a real NFL QB, but that would take having someone in charge here knowing what they're doing. I have no faith in Beane ... the guys moves have basically sucked. Basically, we're screwed forever. I've learned to deal with it.

Bah Humbug.

I am not going to say Allen has been fantastic this year because he hasn't but if you can't see how he is developing you're just as bad as all of those "draft analyst" who trash him any chance they get because they labeled him a bust before the draft and root for him to fail so they can pound their chest that they were right.

I have seen him audible more in the last 4-5 games this season than Tyrod did all of last year

Perspective I guess.

I like Allen alot. Sure he's never gonna lead the league in completion % but allen is a gamer.

Excitement level 10

I think we're gonna be good next year
I'm pumped.

As for beane: I'm impressed.
Tough cap situation.
Dumped darius
Watkins
Glenn

Couple good drafts.
Drafted Allen....... perspective again

Bills QB Josh Allen's average depth of throw is 11.7 this season. That is second-highest among QBs with 100+ attempts since 2007 (2011 Tim Tebow - 12.6)

Who is gonna trade for pommer?
Seriously?

The only reason a team would try and acquire pommer?

Veteran leadership for a young group that doesn't have a ton of playoff experience.

Sounds like the Buffalo Sabres.......

Also : pommer and jbotts are friends.

That's like me trading 89. Not gonna happen
#friends

- Boss34

Ok Imma just gonna go for thd throat every god damn post...

Who the (frank) wouldn't want Pommer as a great insurance policy going into the playoffs
Clear rental with no term left
Touted as having very good veteran skills for the young of age...leads by doing
Has excellent playoff experience..can help lead the way and settle down the nerves of the playoff-inexperienced
Has demonstrated very recently, and last year that he has enough in thd tank to help for short spurts...10 games playing on a top line to ignite a spark...playing a defensively reliable game on the 3rd or 4th.
Is Botts friend...could send him off to a contender for his last shot to win it all.

(frank)

Am I doing this right, jusg attack and go for the kill...but be so devoid of thoughf that maybe I didn't think it all the way through ... personnally I gave igt a pretty, pretty good try.

e rod has more even strength points then lockport larry and the same as gus in fewer games
- homiedclown

Homie he has 2 goals sorry if I am not jumping of the page with excitement

Lockport Larry and Gus have been outplaying every line except the 1st line the entire month, and they have been leaned on heavily in the D zone.

I don't think Allen trusts his receivers other than Foster and maybe Jones but I question that lately.

The Clay drop last week in the middle of the field when he would have easily had a 20 yard completion was it for me with him. Maybe Allen doesn't trust them to make a play?

I'm clearly a huge Bill's fan.

I think we have a great foundation for success.

Finally a franchise QB
The defense is really good. Kinda young and signed.
Tons of $ under the cap.

McDermott needs to clean up the game day coaching.
Great motivator though

They mentioned it on the broadcast yesterday that he is always looking for the homerun when the smart play would be the 5-6 yard route.

Once he starts adjusting and making those throws they really could be on to something, problem is his WR's BLOW

They’ve also led a top 10 Pk unit.

How good was our Pk with O’verated?

not disagreeing with you

just trying to figure out the temperature in the pool

one day goals don't matter, points do

the next day only goals matter

you can spin numbers either way

does e-rod look lost at times, yup

just like a lot of other forwards not on the top line (pretty much all of them)

From Botterill's last interview on WGR he mentioned help coming from Rochester...

If that is the case Pommer would probably be the guy that sits

Skinner Eichel Reinhart
Sheary Mitts Okposo
Smith Sobotka Thompson
Wilson Larsson Girgensons

I think Pommer and Thompson are the two that rotate in and out

- Stripes77

But, Botts and him are friends, lol.
Botts wouldn't think about the longer term benefits associated with asset management of a guy set to retire...nope, will only think of personal relationship.
Trading him isnt as dumb as some think.

Not sure if you need to go for the kill, with people who are cordial? I think my post was respectful, although we disagreed.

Pommer isnt going anywhere, unless we fall out in the next 30 games. Which isnt gonna happen.

I'd say tage has the better future?

Can we agree on that?

Tage is exactly what I want.
Sure, it would be great if he scored 15-20.

But, we get to pretend he's going to be a power forward on eichels line in the future.

There's always a prospect spot open for me....
Cant teach size.....

- Boss34

It is just as (frank)ing obvious that no one has tought him how to use said size.
Guy is like Tyler Meyres, absolutely does everything to play like he is 5'8" instead of using a god-given asset for the best.
He's a wussy who will be very disappointing.

Wouldn't you need a 6'5 coach?

Tagecakes hasn't been this size for that long.

He's 20 , my guess is coaches work on his skating?

Probably spent some time on the toe drag wrist shot?
That is enjoyable.

Maybe he can befriend jbotts and never get traded?
